Round 4 at Springdale was hot and sunny, the warm conditions would test both teams especially after the 2 week break.

The boys started slowly with dropped marks and over-runs. Dean started well and after a few shots on goal, Tigers finally kicked a 6 pointer. Kwinana got it back but our back line stepped up with Lawrence, Gary and Michael keeping the pressure on. On the wing Sean saw alot of the ball and Chris got a great goal on the siren after some hard work down forward, it was a good reward for his effort.

In the 2nd quarter Tigers kicked the 1st goal winning the centre tap and moving it to David with Ryan and Sean involved. Some high tackles and biffo took the sheen off the 2nd but Tigers kept running and working the ball. Cody played well in the back area, Marcus ran well along the wing. At the big break Roley infront by 44 points.

Kwinana used the space well and kicked the 1st major of the 3rd. Tigers needed to talk more and put more pressure on. Kwinana played good man to man keeping possesion and grabbing a could of goals, but Ben C ws tapping well in the centre breaks, Jarod was playing fantastically putting his body in and running well. The heat was a factor alsong with some smoke around the park.

In the 4th Roley has to beat the aggro and dazzle with the ball. We were running hard but we needed to maintain the pressure. A fantastic shepherd by Michael allowed Jack to kick his 5th goal, but Kwinana got it right back after winning the run from the middle. We lifted and Michael grabbed a lovely goal with a snap over his shoulder and then Sean kicked a long penetrating goal .
