Round 7 Roleystone 10's V's South Coogee white 27/06/09 PDF Print E-mail
The Tigers continued to work their magic starting the 2nd quarter as they finished the first. The boy's were reading the ball well showing great ball skills which gave the coach goosebumps at half time.

The 3rd quarter bought a sluggish start to the second half but the Tigers still worked together as a team slowly building momentum to finish off the quarter strong.

By the fourth quarter the boys showed great unity working together to get the ball forward as they did in the first finishing the game strong with a 5 goal last quarter. Well done again to another great team effort.

We arrived at the oval to clearing skys which made the parents a bit happier not having to stand in pouring rain. The game started intense as both teams were running hard working the ball to their advantage.

The second quarter was much the same as the team that was prepared to play in front would move the ball quicker to their forward line, which we were able to do on more occasions through fantastic team work by the Tigers.

The 2nd quarter was very even as Kardinya made our defence work extra hard pushing forward with great pressure we had to be very switched on. We definately had to lift our attack on the ball and put more pressure on their players if we were to get the ball forward.
