Round 12 and the Roleystone boys were keen for a win after last weekends shock loss and 50 gamer Tom Newman was just the man to provide the spark.  Well done Tommy the Terrier.............

Round 12 and the Roleystone boys were keen for a win after last weekends shock loss and 50 gamer Tom Newman was just the man to provide the spark.  Well done Tommy the Terrier.  What a start, the Tigers grabbing two quick goals, Tom kicking one in his 50th game.  Bibra Lakes couldn't stop the tide with the Tigers notching up 12 shots on goal, six of them majors before Bibra Lakes got it in their forward 50.  Tony was busy, Cody enjoyed the run in the ruck, Liam took a couple of good marks.

In the second quarter Bibra Lakes lifted and manned up but the Tigers still grabbed the first 6 points, some unselfish play from Tony put 2 more goals on the board.  Bibra Lakes stacked our forward line but Roleystone was too strong, nullifying any attempt by Bibra Lakes to run the ball out.  They were kept scoreless that quarter.

Roleystone grassed the 1st goal in the 3rd, Tony kicked his third.  Bibra Lakes couldn't get the ball moving forward and we had many scoring shots.  Coach Sam was able to move the boys around, specialist back-man Alex going up to goals and grabbing one from a great mark.

The last quarter started like the others, we won the tap, moved forward and goaled.  The boys shared the ball with each other and ran hard.  Josh W. marked well in the forward line, Tony finished with 5 goals.  The tigers song loud around the ground.  Well done to all the boys you played like true champions!!
