NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING TO ALTER THE RULES / CONSTITUTION
Roleystone Football Club also known as Roleystone Junior Football Club
is convening a general meeting at which the following resolution/s will be proposed as special resolutions to alter the rules of the club and to change the incorporated name of the association to be in line with the common name of the club.
This meeting will be held at 11:00am on Saturday 11 September 2010 and will take place at Springdale Reserve, Springdale Road, Roleystone and will occur simultaneously with the Annual General Meeting.
Special Resolution 1

It is proposed that the existing constitution be repealed and the new proposed constitution attached to this notice be substituted as the constitution.

Special Resolution 2
|
The incorporated name of Roleystone Football Club be changed to Roleystone Junior Football Club.

INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS
- Alterations to the rules/constitution only take effect when lodged with the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection.
Rule 17 of the existing constitution provides for alteration of carried by a the rules upon resolution carried by a three fourths majority of members in attendance at a General Meeting.
